The Humane Index

It's no suprise that I now live in the most humane city in the country; but what really shocks me, is to find that I used to live in the country's least humane city.
There's a lot of info to digest, and I'm still sorting though it (trying to decide if it's actually legit), but I wanted to throw this out there and see what y'all thought.

Having witnessed my 2nd Bay to Breakers I will add this: in no other city will you find grown men and women riding a 'life-sized' mammoth dressed as cavemen holding Storm Troopers up for a 8am kegstand over a sea of tortillas during the world's largest footrace while men in white suits and red sashes sprint ahead of a paper-mache bull filled with beer. Go figure.

Having participated in my first Bay to Breakers I will add this: I no other city will you play a life size game of drink-o with literally a dozen never nudes.
